* THE "5:30" RIDE
This Mon.-Thurs. ride leaves at 5:30AM from Bagels To Beef in the Marketplace. The ride splits into two groups: A Group tops over 25, B Group 18-22.Tuesdays and Thursdays are hammer days.

*SATURDAY RIDE - 8AM.
This ride leaves from Bagels To Beef.  A 30-40 mile loop through Southern Shores and down to the Wright Brothers Monument and back.  "A" group.

*SUNDAY RIDE -8AM SAME AS SATURDAY RIDE

*SUNDAY "B" RIDE -9AM
Pam started this ride 'cause she got tired of getting dropped and riding alone...Same route as the 8AM ride, just a little slower, 17-19.  Good for anyone new getting into the sport...Ladies encouraged!!
